The multilayer construction of this frying pan with an aluminum core, gives it a very even, and very efficient cooking performance.  Its non-stick coating requires this use of non-metal utensils, but this large, shallow pan is not too heavy and was great to use - definitely worth paying that little bit extra for. Simple, modern styling and a great performer.
